Our carving tutor Peter Berry designed and developed this package for Flexcut and thoroughly recommends the kit as an ideal introduction to the fascinating craft of woodcarving. It's supplied with two interchangeable carving blades together with an ABS handle so that as you gain experience, additions could easily be made from the extensive range of Flexcut SK blades. A basswood blank for a leaf carving project and a second blank to practise cuts is included. There is also a project DVD and a 24-page project manual.

Sharpening

To keep you carving tools sharp you'll need a Flexcut slipstrop. For profiled knives the PW12 can be found here and PW14 can be found here
